Feature
Protect Your
Account.
One unauthorized brand name in your listing can trigger a takedown, an IP complaint, or worse — an account suspension. ListingForge scans every generated listing against 100+ known brands and flags anything you haven't explicitly authorized.
Brand Scanning
Every listing is checked against a database of protected brand names — Apple, Samsung, Nike, Disney, and 100+ more. If an unauthorized name appears in your title, bullets, description, or search terms, you'll see a red flag before you publish.
Allowed Brands
Selling an authorized product? Add brands to your allowed list and the checker won't flag them. Compatibility references ("Compatible with iPhone", "Fits Dyson V15") can be whitelisted separately — these are permitted under Amazon policy when factually accurate.
Red Flag Detection
Beyond brand names, ListingForge catches dangerous phrases: "genuine", "official", "authorized dealer", "OEM", and "replacement for" — all terms that can imply brand authorization and trigger IP complaints if you're not actually authorized.
Per-Listing Flags
Each marketplace listing is scanned independently. You'll see exactly which terms were flagged, in which fields (title, bullets, description, search terms), so you can fix them before downloading the flat file.
